Making time productive

When you have a few extra minutes during the day make your time productive and learn something new. Read a good book; write down your experiences; call an old friend; check in with your loved ones.

If you have a great business idea and have enough passion to drive it to start up, let me know how your venture is turning out. I’m interested in learning more about how others come up with ideas, and how they turn their dreams into reality.

Think Like an Entrepreneur

Big business today has become bogged down in red tape and bureaucracy. Unions have crushed ingenuity and innovation. Bureaucrats want every “i” dotted and every “t” crossed fourteen times over before they move to make a decision. They experience “decision constipation” and it sucks the lifeblood out of the organization. It’s time for large companies to get back to their roots of thinking entrepreneurial. Go out and make a decision…innovate…dont ask for permission…ask for forgiveness. And, if you are a manager standing in the way of progress just because you didnt come up with the idea…well maybe its time for you to step aside and let the entrepreneurial thinkers have the stage and watch the business begin to flourish.
